These terms govern your use of the Sniper Signals website, Discord community and paid services (Live Trading and Mentorship). By joining you agree to them.
The services
Live Trading is a monthly subscription giving access to live trading sessions and related content inside our Discord. Mentorship is a one-time programme of education delivered by Kapital King, including live trading access for its duration.
Both are educational. See our Risk disclosure for what that means.
Payments and cancellation
Live Trading renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Mentorship is a single payment. Because access is granted immediately, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your conduct
Do not share, resell, record or redistribute any session, signal, material or conversation from the Discord. Do not harass other members or present our content as your own. We may remove access without refund for breaches of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content, including the Sniper method, session recordings, materials and this website, belongs to Sniper Signals. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own education.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sniper Signals is not liable for any trading losses or other loss arising from your use of the services. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
